AT&T PHONE Fee Schedule (Consumer)

This AT&T Phone Fee Schedule (Consumer) (the “Fee Schedule”) sets out certain additional AT&T fees and charges (either monthly recurring fees or transactional fees charged based on a request or transaction) applicable to AT&T Phone services (the “Services”), as identified in the table below, which Services are subject to the AT&T Consumer Services Agreement available at https://www.att.com/legal/terms.consumerServiceAgreement. Unless otherwise specified, the AT&T Fees are in addition to any monthly recurring charge due for your AT&T Phone Service plan.

The fees and charges are listed below in Sections I (AT&T Monthly Recurring Service Fees) and Section II (AT&T Transactional Fees). This is not an exhaustive list; there may be additional fees or charges that potentially apply to your Service. AT&T reserves the right to increase fees or charges or impose additional fees or charges as permitted by your Terms of Service by publishing an update to this Fee Schedule to https://www.att.com/legal/terms.attPhoneFeeSchedule.html

NOTE: This Fee Schedule does not apply to traditional residential telephone services (POTs) provided under a Residential Service Agreement. Information concerning those traditional telephone services, including applicable rates and fees, is available at https://about.att.com/pages/service_publications.

This Fee Schedule is part of the AT&T Consumer Services Agreement. Terms not otherwise defined herein are defined in the AT&T Consumer Services Agreement.

I. AT&T Monthly Recurring Service Fees and Charges
Fee AT&T Phone Description / When You Pay / Notes
Administrative Fee $0.99 A monthly fee to help AT&T recover customer service costs associated with providing AT&T Phone services. This fee is not a tax or surcharge of any kind which the government requires AT&T to collect from its customers.
Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee $1.23 A monthly fee to help AT&T recover the costs of compliance with government-imposed regulatory requirements, including Federal Regulatory Fee, Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) Fee, North American Numbering Plan Fee, and support for Local Number Portability administration.

The fee is not a tax or surcharge that the government requires AT&T to collect from its customers. The fee may include costs incurred in prior years that are not yet fully recovered.

State and Local Cost Recovery Charge Varies, see your monthly bill for location-specific information Monthly charges collected by AT&T from its customers to recover costs AT&T pays in taxes and required payments levied by states and local governments. These charges are not taxes or surcharges which the government requires AT&T to collect from its customers.
II. AT&T Transactional Fees

The fees listed in this section include fees that will appear for specific requests, and/or transactions related to your Service or account.

Non-Return Equipment Fee $150 If you fail to return your equipment after canceling service.
Activation Fee $35 One-time fee that covers the work to set up your account and activate the service.
Installation Fee Up to $99 A one-time fee if you have new service installed. Additional fees or costs may apply if you request additional services during installation. ($55 per outlet + $20 if a wall drop is required).
Service Repair Dispatch Fee $99 This fee applies whenever we have to dispatch a truck to repair your service. Additional fees or costs may apply if you request additional services during installation. ($55 per outlet + $20 if a wall drop is required).
Dispatch on Demand Fee $99 The Dispatch on Demand fee applies whenever you refuse to assist in troubleshooting a service issue. Additional fees or costs may apply if you request additional services during installation. ($55 per outlet + $20 if a wall drop is required).
Bill Reprint Fee Up to $5 per bill Per transaction fee if you request a paper bill reprint.
Late Payment Fee Up to $9.99 Per transaction fee if you don’t pay your bill by the due date. Applied on a per payment basis.
NSF/Returned Check Fee Up to $30 Also called Nonsufficient Funds Fee. Per transaction fee if you make a payment by check or other method that is declined.
Payment Convenience Fee $5 per bill/payment If you make your payment with the assistance of an Authorized Retail Agent, Customer Service or Collections Representative.
Restoral Fee $35 per account When you restore your service after it is placed in a minimum service state.
411/Directory Assistance $2.49/per use Charges for National Directory Assistance on the AT&T network, including telephone numbers and addresses of business, government and residential listings throughout the United States.
